These leaders always reach for completeness, and in order to succeed in being an elegant leader, there are some ideas that are important to understand. A complete relationship needs a covenant, as contracts are only small parts of relationships. Intelligence and education can confirm facts, while wisdom discovers the truth, and the life of a corporation understandably requires both.
Paying attention to an employee and involving him are two different things. Some leaders listen without really listening, which can cause problems. If a subordinate tries to make a contribution, but feels the leader does not care to listen or take the contribution seriously, he or she might care less for the company as a result.
Hierarchy and equality are not necessarily incompatible, as hierarchy provides connections while equality makes hierarchy responsive and responsible. If a leader is not able to forgive mistakes from subordinates, there is no room for acting freely within a group. Opportunity should always be connected to accountability, as when there is lack of accountability, there are no true opportunities and risks. Therefore, in order to make subordinates take responsibility, they need to face opportunities.
A cat is just as unique as a fish, but they can never function in their contrasting environments. This example can show relevance regarding the case with people, all having different special gifts and skills. Where and how these gifts and skills are exploited, determines what is actually completed. Different parts of human activity consist of goals and rewards. When rewards become our goals, we only pursue part of our work, therefore, goals need to be pursued.
